IBCC Attestation

1. The Prerequisite: Board Verification

Before IBCC will touch your documents, they must be verified by your respective educational board (e.g., BISE Lahore, BISE Islamabad, etc.).

  • The Process: Visit your specific BISE board’s website or office and apply for “IBCC Verification.”
  • The Result: The board will verify your records and link them directly to the IBCC Online Portal electronically. Some boards may also hand you a sealed envelope containing your verified copies—do not open this envelope; it must be submitted intact to IBCC.

2. Document Checklist

Ensure you have the following ready before booking your appointment:

  • Original Certificates: Original Matric and Intermediate Certificates/Result Cards.
  • Photocopies: Clear, legible photocopies of your certificates and result cards.
  • Identification: Photocopies of your CNIC or B-Form, along with a copy of your father’s CNIC.
  • Application Form: A printed copy of the application form generated from the IBCC portal.
  • Fee Receipt: Original paid fee challan or online transaction confirmation.

3. The Attestation Process

1.Create an Account on the E-Portal:Online.

Go to attest.ibcc.edu.pk and create an account. Fill in your academic details exactly as they appear on your certificates.

2.Select Submission Mode & Center:Online.

Choose how you want to submit your documents:

  • Personal Appointment (Morning): Pick an available date/time slot at a regional center (Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Bahawalpur).
  • Courier Service: Submit via a designated courier company (TCS, Leopard, M&P, or Pakistan Post).
  • Express Service (Evening): Available for same-day urgent attestation within an hour (currently operating at the Islamabad and Lahore offices).

3.Generate and Pay the Fee:Via Mobile App / Bank.

Generate the system challan/PSID. You can pay the fee seamlessly using 1Bill through any mobile banking app, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or at United Bank Limited (UBL).

4.Submit and Collect:Varies by mode.

  • In-Person/Express: Visit the selected center with all original documents and your paid receipt on your chosen date.
  • Courier: Drop off your documents at the courier branch. Your attested documents will be delivered back to your address within 15 working days.

⚠️ Important Note: Only the applicant or direct blood relatives (parents, siblings, children) are permitted to submit and collect documents on your behalf at the walk-in centers.

Once your documents feature the official IBCC QR-code stamp, you are completely clear to take them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) for final local attestation.
